Agnostic Front
Agnostic Front exploded onto the New York music scene in 1980. They moved from playing hardcore punk to street punk and finally threw in some thrash metal. Their EP United Blood is a must have for all fanatics who prefer their music loud. Their second album, Victim In Pain, established the band’s hardcore credentials and led them to tour with The Exploited where the two bands had a killer night at CBGB. Agnostic Front’s record Cause for Alarm would mark the band’s thrash metal period. The album was difficult to produce because no one was getting along. The band eventually busted up in 1992. Their final performance was held at CBGB on December 20, 1992. In 1996, the band reunited. They still pound it out today, sounding better than ever.
The band released two official albums recorded live at CBGB:
1989 Live at CBGB
The DVD/CD Agnostic Front Live at CBGB 2005
